Main Duties/Responsibilities
To provide technical support over the phone to customers
Correctly identifying products or services required whilst meeting the needs of the Customer, answering a high number of calls
Chats or emails within a compliance-based framework to a satisfactory conclusion and where this cannot be achieved escalating to a senior member of the Management team.
Providing out of warranty/in warranty customers with an appropriate sales solution via live chat and email supporting the achievement of a monthly sales team target.
You will be required to communicate with customers, either on an inbound or outbound basis, who have bought a product from us in the past and up-sell new products or additional parts and services by phone.
You will have excellent communication skills, a strong natural sales ability, a can-do attitude, strong people management skills and able to take responsibility for your own duties/targets
