We’re working with a global medical technology company which provides advanced clinical technologies and services to healthcare professionals worldwide.
With a focus on providing best in class solutions for early detection, diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment, our client improves patient outcomes by elevating the standard of care in targeted disease states.
Within their Essex office, they now require a Customer Service Team Leader as follows:
Given the highly technical/medical nature of our client and the professionals whom they supply, previous experience in a similar medical / clinical setting would be highly advantageous / preferred but isn’t essential.

Salary for the successful Customer Service Team leader will start at up to £34k per annum plus benefits with hybrid working offered once settled.
