HRGO are seeking Customer Service Officer to work for our client based in Winsford. To provide technical support and assistance to the Commissioning Place teams in the efficient and effective management, monitoring, compliance and development of the authority’s services.
Responsibilities
Manage/maintain and update all service operating systems on a daily basic
Data entry/ recording of vehicles and services
Liaise with collection Contract management regarding missed collections, work request and complaints from public and general enquiries
Liaise with customer contact centre and notify them of service changes
All general administration task
Collate, compile and reconcile service financial reports.
Provide support for ordering and purchasing of goods and recording all transactions
Requirements
Confident of all Microsoft packages
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks
High level of numeracy and literacy skills
