Deployment & Assurance Principal Testing Analyst
About the roleA brand-new role to be based from our Stratford-upon-Avon Head Office, this position is focussed on developing best practice for, and guiding the Deployment & Assurance team in the execution of the testing of Pricing Algorithms, supporting Pricing activity by ensuring the accurate deployment of rating algorithms to live production systems.
As a Deployment & Assurance Principal Testing Analyst, you will support the both the Deployment & Assurance Manager and Testing Consultant in creating and implementing pricing algorithm testing assurance standards to support deployment to the external rating engine. You will be a supportive and motivating mentor to other members of the team, ensuring work is reviewed and delivered on schedule. You will liaise with stakeholders from Underwriting and IT to ensure testing practices are considered and executed within all pricing change and represent the team in meetings to ensure due regard to paid to the Deployment & Assurance team requirements.

You will have recent UK insurance industry experience, preferably within a pricing function and have proven ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
