Role: Deputy Head of Compliance & MLRO

Salary: £80k to £90k

Location: London – Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Deputise for MLRO & take on SMF responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders – Responsible for regulatory developments
• Completing the sanction risk assessment
• Annual review of compliance & financial compliance policies & procedures
• Responsible for onboarding new KYC system
• Manage FCA/PRA requests
• Support financial crime-related projects
• Dealt with Sanctions, Money-Laundering, Fraud & Anti-Bribery
• Produce financial crime-related MI
• Support financial crime regulatory reporting

Essential:

• Subject matter expertise on all financial crime topics
• Experience in calibrating financial crime systems that includes transaction monitoring and screening.
• Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders including Executives, Directors, and Regulators
• Analytical, innovative, and enquiring approach

Education:

• ICA Diploma in AML or Financial Crime (or equivalent)
