Elysium are expanding their specialist CAMHS Services and are appointing to the role of Deputy Hospital Director to support this exciting stage of development. Emerald Place Clinic is a brand-new mental health inpatient unit for young people in Surrey. Surrey and Borders, in partnership with Elysium Healthcare, will build and manage the new 12 bed unit. The partnership brings together complementary expertise and best practice to jointly operate the facility and deliver a high-quality service. The Deputy Hospital Director post plays a key role in ensuring the success of both existing and new services. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you will support the development and provision of a high quality and bespoke pathway of care for our service user group. You will help to shape the transdisciplinary approach and ensure that consistent practices form the foundation for the delivery of the therapeutic programme. You will deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence. Hours of work The role will generally be carried out Monday to Friday between 9:00 – 17:00 However, due to the need to oversee the delivery of the programme over a 24-hour period, occasional planned weekend or evening work may be required.
