Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

About the Home:

Our care home is located in Derby, Derbyshire . It is a lovely, friendly home with a dedicated team of staff. Residents have access to wide range of care provision with a clear focus on person centred care. The home provides care high quality care to older adults with complex needs including dementia, physical disability, and sensory impairment. Our aim is to ensure resident have choice and support to be involved in their care and decision making and remain as active and independent as possible whilst having the support and care of our dedicated staff. We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the team and help drive positive change and quality care.

About the role:

As the Deputy Manager, you will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activity within the home, delivering the best quality care. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the rest of our care staff. You will be required to support the home manager acting up in their absence. This role would be ideal for someone with strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for healthcare, positive change and an inspirational management style to motivate the team around you.

Whether you are a newly qualified nurse or an experienced nurse looking for further progression, you will have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
