In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation of student digital skills content and resources.

Library and Student Services is a busy, dynamic service offering a broad range of support across five locations to De Montfort University staff and students and visitors with a user population of ca, 28,000 with daily visits in excess of 6000 users. Our main Kimberlin Library is open 24/7/365 offering a range of support services to users during 74 hours of staffed operation over seven days of the week. This is an exciting time to join the directorate as we continue to develop our services and accommodation to enhance the student experience. Building on the success of our existing student digital skills support provision, we are increasing our dedicated digital skills support team that play a key role in leading and supporting the expansion of our provision.
Role
You will bring to the role a professional and innovative outlook, where you will bring fresh creative thinking and new ideas to ensure that student digital support provision is in keeping with the latest technological developments and instructional design approaches. As Digital Partner Media Producer, you will develop resources to support our student digital skills support provision, producing and developing high quality e-learning content and resources using innovative e-learning authoring apps and video editing software.
This role is on a full time (37 hours per week), permanent basis. The role can be completed on a hybrid basis.
