About you and the role We are looking for someone who can lead and develop the Finance team, providing an excellent service to GCH and our stakeholders. You will most likely have experience of working in social housing finance and understand the financial issues of working in a regulated environment. You will give confident and clear leadership whilst you motivate, encourage and challenge your team to take ownership of their work and go the extra mile. In addition, you will hold a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA) and have a relevant leadership or management qualification.
