One of our clients is seeking an experienced Document Controller ASAP.

Duties:

• Archiving all site documents
• Assisting the project manager with any ad hoc administration.
• Making sure site team are inducted.
• Checking site tickets, making sure they are in date.
• Updating and maintaining drawing registers and making sure they are up to date.
• Generating document numbers.
• Managing workflows.
• QA checking drawings and documents daily.
• Sending transmittals.
• assisting the project manager with any ad hoc administration.
• Collating O&M manuals
