Prospero Teaching is looking for a Drama teacher for one of our long-standing partner schools in Oldham. You will be responsible for teaching Drama to Key Stages 3 and 4, and some lower school English. Resources and schemes of work are plentiful and to a high standard, and the classrooms have recently undergone thorough modernisation.
The school is a mainstream Secondary School with a supportive cover team and teaching staff. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. Our school is easily accessible by road (M62 and A621) – you can also walk to the school from local train and tram stations.
The position is open to NQT’s/ECT’s and more experienced colleagues. You will be paid to scale from day one of this assignment and we are available to discuss this role with teaching professionals as soon as possible.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Recent Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher
UK Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role
Previous experience working in a UK school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
