Pilkington, part of the NSG Group, are now seeking Delivery Drivers. Working for Pilkington Wholesale UK as a driver will involve handling and delivering customer automotive windscreens. You are required to pick and load your vehicle in accordance with a delivery schedule. The delivery will be made by using a PDA device to assist you. At Pilkington we ensure the highest possible level of service to our customers and we are looking for experienced drivers to help us to achieve this. A full UK driving licence is required and experience of driving a 3.5t vehicle (such as a Mercedes Sprinter / Ford Transit) is preferable. A Driving Licence check with the DVLA will take place and the Van and PDA will be provided and insured by Pilkington. Benefits Starting salary £23,515 per annum, increasing to £24,107 per annum on successful completion of probationary period. 42 hours per week (both day and night shifts available). Shift premium of £2,849 per annum (for night shifts only). Bonus scheme of up to £450 per quarter. 28 days holiday per annum, inclusive of public holidays plus an additional holiday each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 years). Pension scheme.
