RequirementsA Level 2/3 NVQ or NCFE CACHE Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification.Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service)Your new roleTo be successful, you will have the desire to encourage and engage all your pupils in reaching their own targets. You will be someone that understands the Early Years Framework and help deliver it to pupils on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis. In this exciting Teaching Assistant position, you will be working in different classes depending on the needs of the school, across the Early Years Framework and you will be working with great teaching resources. You will work closely with pupils and monitor their progress.
