I am currently working with a number of schools in the borough of Bromley who are looking to secure ECTs for September 2023. Having worked as a teacher for 10 years, I understand how important it is to find the right school for you to complete your initial training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating a safe and supportive classroom environment for pupils from a range of backgrounds
• Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons
• Monitoring and supporting the progress of all children
• Positively engaging with support staff and parents
• Having a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
