Insummary

Analyst focusing on Billing inthe Finance, Supply Chain & Business Office workstream withinthe HCA UK division wide transformational programme that willintroduce new ways of working for clinicians and colleaguesproviding front-line patient care through a new Electronic HealthRecord system. The role holder will work alongside 6 other analystsin their team, contributing to change management activitiesrequired to support the implementation of new EHRsystems/technologies and related processes associated primarily(but not exclusively) to general finance processes across HCA UK.The post-holder will work with key stakeholder groups (clinical andnon-clinical) and work within their team to develop business andprocess change and support new improved ways of working to optimisethe realisation ofbenefits.

SpecificDeliverables:

• Working in theBilling team within the Finance, Supply Chain & Business Officeworkstream.

• Assessing anddefining the business requirements of billing ensuring they aredelivered within the EHRsolution.

• Identifying andmanaging risks, issues and adherence to programmegovernance.

• Identifying,defining and quantifying the benefit tracking plan to feed into theprogramme benefits.

• Supportthe Change Management Plan for the business areas involved inBillingfunctions.

Successfulcandidates willneed:

• Experienceworking in a digital transformation or change programmebeneficial.

• Clinical billingbackground isadvantageous.

• Excellentstakeholdermanagement.

• Excellentorganisational and people managementskills.
