Electronics and Software Design Manager

£60,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare + Holiday

Excellent role on offer for an experienced Electronics/software design manager, looking for a role where you have autonomy and can run the department as you see fit, whilst still getting expert training and a longer term career plan whilst working for a market leading product manufacturer.

Do you have experience in product design and have worked in a managerial role?

This company design, manufacture, supply and maintain a range of specialist medical products worldwide. Although being a global business with a strong reputation, they still retain a close knit, family feel with a highly skilled team where everyone has a say and an impact as opposed to a cog in the wheel.

In this role you will manage the Electronics and Software design, development, resources, testing and documentation of new product designs. You will also manage the continuing improvements of existing products and processes. This will be leading a multi-discipline team whilst being a part of the leadership team.

To be considered you must have a background in electronics or software, and have experience with product design. Team lead experience is also essential.
