Who are Lloyds Banking Group?
Lloyds Banking Group is the UK s leading digital franchise, with over 20 million active online customers across our three main brands – including Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland – as well as the biggest mobile bank in the country. We’re building the bank of the future, and we need your help.
Where will this role sit?
In Intelligent Automation we design, build, and operate the bank’s Chatbots, Data Science, NLP/NLG, Robotics and Digital Product services.
We’re a diverse group of around 200 people: Software Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Robotics Specialists, Conversation Designers and many more. We come from a variety of backgrounds, but we all share in the vision of the untapped potential of human and machine intelligence.
We want to make the bank of the future safer, faster, and more effective. We’re realising a future where machine intelligence removes repetitive manual tasks and provides insight and direction to our colleagues – enabling them to better understand and serve our customers.
What will I do?
This is a technical leadership role where you will be accountable for the following:
What we re looking from you
What you I get in return?
We’re dedicated to giving you opportunities and support to develop you both professionally and personally to optimise your potential.
We’re committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, and to building an inclusive environment where all our colleagues can be themselves and succeed on merit.
We support the principles of agile working and are happy to consider flexible working arrangements. We’re an equal opportunity employer and deeply value diversity within our organisation.

With us you’ll have a key role to play in shaping the financial services of the future, whilst the scale and reach of our Group means you’ll have many opportunities to learn, grow and develop.
We keep your data safe. So, we’ll only ever ask you to provide confidential or sensitive information once you have formally been invited along to an interview or accepted a verbal offer to join us which is when we run our background checks. We’ll always explain what we need and why, with any request coming from a trusted Lloyds Banking Group person.
We’re focused on creating a values-led culture and are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Together we re building a truly inclusive workplace where all of our colleagues have the opportunity to make a real difference.
