Job Responsibilities

• Work with the CTO to define the organization technology and engineering Strategy
• Provide Technology solution for the Business transformations initiatives.
• Define the Enterprise architecture journey and product landscape transformation for next 18-36 months.
• Lead the Digital transformation charter for the customer.
• Define the Transformation Road maps in Supply chain management, Enterprise Data Management, Cloud Adoption, Store Management, Enterprise Integration etc.
• Lead Proof of Concepts and Proof of Technologies
• Chair Architecture council and build consensus among stakeholders on Technology.
• Evangelize change within the organization.
• Lead a team of multi-specialty Architects.

W hat we are looking for

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Should have performed a similar role & capacity for large transformational engagements.
• Should be able to work with CXO teams and enterprise-wide initiatives in an advisory role
• Should have delivered architecture initiatives and showcased clear business efficiency in line with business strategies. Should have taken end-end responsibility & accountability in terms of architecture.
• Should have delivered architecture roadmaps and develop delivery blueprints for the technology design
• Deep technical expertise in distributed transactional scale & digital architectures.
• Should have demonstrated deep technology capabilities and should be able to articulate them through practical implementation examples.
• Should have experience across all the architectural layers, the UI/ UX, Services in Java/ .NET, Integration, Data, Security
• Experience in Retail industry is a big advantage
