External Trainer (bank) Salary – £22.71 per hour + travel time & expenses Location Various We are seeking a confident trainer to join a charity that provides world leading support for people with epilepsy through Care, Research and Advocacy. We deliver training in epilepsy awareness, seizure management and emergency medication administration to health and social care staff and commercial organisations across the UK. We also work with the public sector, including health bodies and local councils. You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a high standard of training to enable them to provide the best possible care to people with epilepsy who they support. The role involves extensive UK travel, wherever possible we use a trainer living closest to the training venue, (occasional overnight stays may be required), and delivery of training online either via Zoom or MS TEAMs. Extensive training in epilepsy will be given, and you will have the opportunity to shadow an existing member of the team before training independently.
