FAIRs Quality Engineer About you: Are you an experienced FAIRs Quality Engineer with experience of developing and implementing quality and business improvements to maximise production, profitability and customer service within an Aerospace manufacturing environment? Do you have good commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop business relationships to promote growth within the company whilst maintaining quality standards? Are you able to make effective decisions to minimise quality-related problems? Working for the Quality Manager you will be required to: Compile FAIR documentation AS9102 Compile concessions Action Customer Returns NCR & MRB control Perform internal audits ISO9001/AS9100 8D, PFMEA, PSCA/Continuous Improvement Ensure close out of relevant RCCA Calibration system monitor/control Review Specifications Setup/Control Quality Report databases To support the Quality Manager in various tasks Qualifications & Experience: Degree/HNC Engineering and/or Equivalent professional qualification Working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Experience with continuous improvement techniques Computer literate (Excel proficient) Ability to audit to ISO AS9100/ISO9001 Implement Quality Systems and databases – process flow charts and SPC Experience within composite manufacturing
