G2 Legal is currently working with a prestigious boutique law firm located in the Northeast of England, who is seeking an experienced Solicitor specialising in Family Law to join them at its award-winning Firm. Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a caseload of diverse Family Law matters with diligence and excellence.
• Provide clients with technical advice and exceptional service using clear and concise language.
• Collaborate with support services to efficiently manage cases.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s presence.
• Assist team members with low-grade fee-earning tasks.
• Attend hearings, including Trials, and provide support to Counsel.
• Assist with debt recovery, attending hearings if necessary.
• Maintain accurate time records and meet time targets.
• Negotiate and agree on fees with clients.
• Promptly generate bills and ensure timely collection of payments.

Requirements:

• Law Degree and a minimum of 2 years PQE as a Family Solicitor.
• Familiarity with digital dictation systems is advantageous.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and manage their expectations.
• Independent judgment and effective problem-solving skills.
• Team player with integrity, proactiveness, and adaptability.
