With comprehensive training provided on industry-leading products over a three-month period, you will join a countrywide field service team and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. • Install, service, calibrate, and repair precision measuring equipment at customer premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving technical issues effectively.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities, including fault-finding, diagnosis, and rectification of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and produce timely reports.
• Collaborate with the countrywide field service team to support installations, service calls, and maintenance tasks.

Field Service EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background or completed apprenticeship.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• A clean full UK driving license
