: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems, logistical lockers, Windows migration, and server-related tasks. Your expertise in multi-meters, solenoids, electromagnets, and wiring will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in these areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain EPOS systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on EPOS systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues related to EPOS systems, logistical lockers, Windows migration, and servers.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components in EPOS systems, logistical lockers, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Conduct system upgrades and software installations, ensuring compatibility and stability.
• Perform data migration and transfer tasks during Windows migration projects.
• Administer and maintain servers, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any server-related issues.
• Utilize multi-meters and other diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot electrical systems, solenoids, electromagnets, and wiring in logistical lockers.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including service reports, work orders, and technical manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role, preferably in the EPOS, logistical locker, and server domains.
• Strong knowledge of EPOS systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with logistical lockers, solenoids, electromagnets, and wiring principles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to EPOS systems, logistical lockers, Windows migration, and servers.
• Experience with Windows migration projects and server administration.
• Ability to effectively use multi-meters and other diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in EPOS systems, Windows migration, or server administration.
• Experience working with a variety of EPOS and logistical locker systems from different manufacturers.
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
