The essence of the role

Supporting the Finance Director and take full responsibility of the AP and AR functions.

The scope of the role

• Responsible for all AP and AR
• Sharing accurate weekly and monthly performance
• Chasing overdue payments
• Reconciling and categorising our cash incomes and expenses on Xero, our accounting software
• Inspecting and cross-checking our suppliers’ and customers’ bills with stock movements, services received, to ensure all if correct
• Running finance reporting
• Assisting the FD/CEO with month end

Prerequisites

• 1 years finance experience
• Proficient in Xero would be a huge advantage
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver and happy to suggest ideas
