I have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner that has arisen in a large company based in Doncaster.This role gives someone the opportunity to immerse themselves into an interesting, commercially aware role with a heavily analysis and communication based focus, finance business partnering closely with the sales and operational teams. The duties include: Effective Finance Business Partnering.-Provision of relevant financial analysis.-Highlight adverse variances.-Develop a greater financial awareness and understanding within sales and operational teams.-Preparation of month end reports, commentaries and reporting packs, to demonstrate an understanding of the cause of variances-Support the continuous improvement of Flow Profitability reporting and analysis.-Support the completion of internal audit work.With a company this size, progression opportunity and growth and development are definitely a focus within the role, giving you the tools you need to develop your career further. The ideal Finance Business Partner will be experienced in analysis with an aptitude for excel, budgeting and forecasting with a large amount of communication within their current role, or an interest in pursuing this further.
