Our client is an iconic gaming group with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continues growth, they require an energetic Finance Business Partner to help the finance team on a temp to perm basis. The business offer hybrid working.
Role Summary:
Accurately maintain Global Marketing team budget trackers and clearly present back to non-financial stakeholders, post-month end and in-line with tight deadlines.
Business partner marketing budget holders through monthly meetings to ensure forecasts and actuals are accurate ahead of key submission deadlines
Submit accurate rolling forecasts into various planning tools within tight deadlines.
Confidence to question Global Marketing teams on commercial variances between actuals and forecast
Prepare and run monthly Global Marketing hub reports for actuals and commitments versus budget/forecast for marketing finance and global marketing teams. Review figures with Marketing business partners where applicable.
Be able to provide insight and commentary on variances between Budgets & Forecasts in a timely manner.
Assist the Group Manager in review of the data and presentation to leadership.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1-2 years relevant PQE in a finance function and of working with commercial teams or business.
Preferred Qualities: e.g. –
Previous business partner experience in Sales/Marketing.
Previous Management accounting experience or proven track record of similar roles/tasks in Global / Pan regional company.
