How you’ll spend your time:

• Providing financial insight to the senior leaders and management teams.
• Developing and managing key relationships within the business – to understand more about the needs of each team as well as the impact on the business as a whole
• Translating financial information, such as management accounts & KPIs, for senior manager throughout the business – to show underlying trends and their wider impact.
• Tracking progress towards budgets and forecasts
• Taking a leading role in the annual budgeting process by working closely with senior leaders across the business.
• Being a role model and mentor for junior members of the team.

This opportunity will be great for you if you

• Are a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with some business partnering experience
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Are able to communicate effectively to wider audiences including both finance and non-finance teams
• Have strong relationship management skills to enable working with multiple stakeholders at all levels within the organisation effectively
• Demonstrate resilience and an ability to work under pressure
