Are you a qualified Finance Business Partner looking for your next role?

FM Conway is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team based at our head office in Sevenoaks. This is a full time, permanent position which will involve supporting the Director of Water & Drainage Management. You will build relationships within Operations and Finance to analyse, report & communicate performance, risk and opportunity to operations team and to Senior management.

The duties of the role will include:

– Delivering weekly flash forecasts, monthly full year forecasts and annual budgets

– Supporting the Operations and Commercial teams in developing and reporting key performance measures

– Producing monthly Balance sheet analysis, including substantiation and resolution of any differences

– Monitoring and reducing GRN and Open PO balances to target levels

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a strong confident communicator who has Business Partnering and PQE experience in a similar role. You will have previous project or customer accounting experience and will be a good team player. You will have good quality computer modelling skills, good data analytical skills and you will be a strong Excel user.
