CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a stand out employer based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. In this newly generated role, the successful candidate with primarily be responsible for managing the finance function of one smaller entity within the wider group. In this position you will receive support from senior finance members in the group, although will be given reasonable autonomy to manage your day to day responsibilities.What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Daily management of the finance function and relevant controls;
• Budgeting & forecasting in partnership with senior management;
• Production of monthly management information, including analysis in pricing;
• Completion of VAT returns and maintenance of the fixed asset register;
• Daily management of one Assistant Management Accountant

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• The ideal candidate will be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified, although part qualified candidate are encouraged to apply;
• Previous experience working as a Finance Manager within a charity his advantageous;
• Some staff management experience is also beneficial.
