Finance Manager – Oxfordshire (Fully Remote or Hybrid) – £60000
Our Client
A fast growth organisation who put their clients and employees at the forefront of every decision, require a new Finance Manager to report to the CFO.
The Role:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of management accounting, payroll, pension and treasury across the group. You will manage a group of management accountants and a payroll team, driving process improvements.
You will work closely with the business partners and transactional teams to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the monthly and quarterly reporting processes, automating where possible.
Duties Will Include:
Lead the management accounting and payroll teams
Implement a monthly and quarterly reporting timetable
Cashflow forecasting and management
Responsibility for the team to prepare the first draft of the monthly reviews for all business units
Assist with integrating any new acquisitions
Payroll & Pension management
Support with statutory account preparation and audits
The Successful Candidate:
You will have previous experience of managing a team and be a qualified accountant. You will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and previous process improvements. You will have an inquisitive nature
