Finance Manager

At Instep UK due to continued regional growth we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to work remotely and oversee the group management accounts, undertaking all aspects of financial management, including company accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, supporting budget and forecast preparation as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. What are we looking for? You must be innovative, able to manage change, have excellent communication skills, be results driven and understand what makes a business or organisation successful and how your actions can impact on the success of the business. You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA) with suitable experience in financial management. You should have experience of tax and audit, including VAT partial-exemption rules. You will be an expert in accounting systems and be confident manipulating large data sets in Excel. Excellent communication skills are essential along with strong organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise own workload, manage routine administrative tasks and escalate issues as appropriate.
