An established and well-known charity based in East London is recruiting for a Finance Manager. Working in close liaison with the Financial Controller you will have a key input in the day-to-day accounting for all finance processes. Duties and responsibilities include:-
Support the Finance Assistant in coordinating the sales ledger, purchase ledger, pay runs, payment cards, and finance coordination of the charity
Prepare and post month-end journals and assist in managing month-end close with Financial Controller.
Regularly review Aged Reports to ensure actions identified in weekly reviews are completed
Oversee the maintenance of the Finance Procedures
Develop and maintain financial policies
Manage business & budget holder support functions of the charity
