Futures Recruitment Services are seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join our client’s office in Norwich.
This role will be hybrid working with a requirement to be office-based and work from home.
We are seeking candidates with excellent attention to detail and comprehensive accuracy. As the Financial Data Analyst, you will undertake the independent verification of Bank Details, ensuring accuracy and prompt verification to support the Fiduciary payments processing.
Needing to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines whilst dealing with highly sensitive information, being able to communicate concisely with colleagues including those who may be holding senior positions within the business and at our trading partners.
Key Responsibilities for the Financial Data Analyst:
Manage requests from fiduciary and claims to load bank details to the Marsh accounting systems
Assess requests assigned for any potentially fraudulent activity
Contact beneficiaries based globally to independently verify bank account information predominantly over the telephone and occasionally via email
Liaise with the Account Management team to load verified bank details to the accounting systems, reviewing for accuracy prior to them being used for payment
Logging progress and results for all requests to allow adequate reporting for management and auditors
Additional scope to contribute to project looking at Terms of Business Agreements (TOBA’s), reviewing existing agreements, issuing replacement agreements where required, and liaising with internal stakeholders to finalise.
