They are committed to synergizing technology with finance by providing reliable, professional, intelligent and efficient products and services.Responsibilities:• Carry out daily finance operations for licensed brokerage business, including maintenance and transfer of money between bank accounts as required, reconciliation of cash movements due to client incoming and outgoing funds, manage cash settlement with brokers and custodians, monitor and manage Corporate Action related cash movements, etc.• Carry out MAS Risk based capital monitoring and Trust money segregation related activities, including daily client trust money reconciliation and related cash movement, daily risk requirement and risk-based capital monitoring, etc.• Carry out the forecasting of cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow; Ensure that cash flows are acceptable to allow the business units to operate effectively.• Manage and mitigate risk in the FinOps process, improve current operational processes and manage workload according to risk and deadlines• Manage expense claims process, and ensure that all claims are in line with the organisation’s claims policy; Manage payment of invoices and fees as required or as instructed;
Requirements:• 3+ years of progressively responsible finance operations experience.• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and standard accounting software packages• Relevant education or professional qualification in finance or accounting will be desirable• Ability to speak, read and write Chinese is highly favourable as this role would require you to work with counterparts based in China.• Mature to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company.• UK CASS 6 & 7 experience + knowledge• Awareness of administrative and financial regulations and how to apply them to daily workflows
