As our FP&A Analyst, you ll support the FP&A Manager in the delivery of budgeting & forecast, reporting and business partnering. Ensuring delivery of quality financial analysis modelling and partner key stakeholders to support strategic decision making that will ultimately improve business performance. What s On Offer? Competitive Salary (Up to £58.5K depending on experience) Hybrid working (1-2 days in office per week) Friendly working hours/ Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Fantastic work-life balance A generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays Employee Assistance Programme GymFlex Membership Eye Care Vouchers Pension Scheme Group Life Assurance Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst: Finance Business Partner to the Commercial team to support development of pricing strategies, scenario analyses, etc to support revenue retention and growth Be the subject matter expert on key revenue drivers, liaising between commercial, product and finance Undertake detailed analysis of revenue, providing variances and suggesting actions for improved profitability or volume growth Forecast and budget customer portfolios Develop, maintain and distribute portfolio performance KPI reports on a weekly, monthly basis to key stakeholders across the organisation Support the maintenance of financial data in business tools such as Tableau, Hyperion Planning, etc Build and maintain direct cost of sales budgets and forecasts, building forecast models to support considering both internal and external influences Partake as key stakeholder in process improvement projects, keeping up to date with FP&A best practices, and accounting principles Support the FP&A Manager and senior finance team as required Skills & Experience required: Professional qualification: ACCA / CIMA (Finalists considered) Financial experience Highly committed to quality and accuracy Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a changing environment Enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve personal and company goals Competent MS Excel user, able to navigate large data sets First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence, adaptability, dependability, and initiative What s Next?
