• We have a new permanent opportunity for a Full Stack Geospatial Web Developer to work across an exciting portfolio of UK-leading geospatial intelligence projects.
• Based in Bristol in an easily accessible location. Hybrid – Onsite working in Gloucester. 2-3 days a week.
• Up to £70,000 (Dependant on experience).

WHAT WILL THE FULL STACK GEOSPATIAL WEB DEVELOPER BE DOING?

This is a challenge for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer capable of leading the development and delivery of engaging web, mobile and tablet experiences for our ambitious clients.

• Be a senior and active member of agile development teams as they deliver robust, engaging and usable solutions.
• Take personal responsibility for components’ technical delivery – collaborating with other senior developers and architects to design robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Continually improve our teams’ development processes, practices, tools and techniques.
• Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues as you coach them and mentor them, helping the team to grow their skills, as well as developing your own skills by experimenting with and learning new technologies.
• Encourage innovation, inclusion, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity.
• Work with clients and internal teams to develop new opportunities and open source projects and initiatives.

WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND MAY LOOK LIKE

As our next Full Stack Web Developer, you’ll be applying your skills to a meaningful and challenging array of geospatial data projects, across a varied range of industry sectors.

The Key Requirements

• JavaScript, React, Typescript
• AWS experience (lambda (python), API gateway, cognito),
• Database experience (MySQL/postgres/Dynamo),

SECURITY CLEARANCE

Due to the nature of this position, we require you to be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC & DV clearance. To qualify, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years for SC and 10 years for DV.
