Help us to organise and deliver fundraising activities
You will work closely with the Fundraising Manager and Marketing & Communications team to ensure a regular programme of fundraising activities, and campaigns to secure new donors for the charity. You will successfully plan and deliver an annual programme of mass participation challenge events and activities to achieve fundraising targets. Your role will be accountable for identifying and cultivating high net worth individuals who have the capacity and desire to financially support the charity’s work. You will also work with the Fundraising Manager to develop, implement and test effective supporter journeys and communications for donors.
Your fundraising background
We are looking to hear from individuals who have proven successful experience of different fundraising disciplines including events, major donors and campaigns. You must also have experience in and an understanding of donor motivations and customer care principles. Our ideal candidate will have proven ability to form good working relations, both internally and externally with people at all levels and a track record of exceeding financial targets.
