Job Purpose

Tolead the operations of all departments that directly impact the member andclient experience from membership sales to service. To deliver impactfulexperiences while managing a financially sound business in accordance with AllBright’smission, values and revenue goals. To lead from the front by engaging with ourmembers and team to deliver 5-star service and experiences.

Outline of Key Responsibilities

• Drive the business forward, effectively planning andexecuting revenue goals, managing labour and supply budgets.
• Working with direct reports in front of house, culinary andprivate hire to ensure budgeted revenue is met and we are delivering memberexpectations.
• Deliver quarterly strategy for F&B which incorporates culinaryand private hire to deliver revenue.

FinancialResponsibilities

• Weeklyforecasting of sales from Private Hire and Food and Beverage sales.

• Weeklycommunication to Senior Leadership Team and finance.
• Monthlyreconciliation and manage all invoices and location P&Ls independently.
• Workingwith culinary and bar teams to deliver budget margins.
• Managingoperating costs and vendor contracts.
• Managingand reporting the pipeline of private hire department.
• Weekly payroll consolidation and reporting.
• Oversight ofinventory and final costs.

MemberResponsibilities

• Working across departments to ensure we liveup to brand standards and member expectations.
• Build one to one relationship andunderstanding of our members to allow the delivery of intuitive service and useknowledge of the membership to promote specific member events in a targetedmanner.
• Attend member and programming eventsto facilitate connections.
• Ensure all the team have a comprehensiveknowledge of activity within the club on any given day and week, including memberevents, private events and other business activities.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of therules of membership and ensure that any breaches are dealt with directly orescalated to either the membership team or the Club Management team asappropriate.
• Handle complaints and specific member andtrain team how to do so.

ServiceResponsibilities

• Champion Service Excellence throughout the Club, overseeing servicetraining and leading by example to set the tone of service. Service training toinclude upselling techniques.
• Act as a role model toall team members, supporting, motivating and encouraging good staff relationsby promoting a positive culture throughout the department and by fostering astrong team ethic through formal and informal channels of communication.

OperationalResponsibilities

• Responsiblefor meeting compliance with all operational legislation including licensing,H&S, fire safety, etc.
• Effectivemanagement of and liaison with all external contractors and suppliers of TheAllBright (club).
• Ensure thatall standards for people, service, quality, cleanliness and ambience are met.
• Ensure the team are up to date with mandatorytraining, food safety, allergens, fire safety and H&S.
• Developingpassion for quality and excellence across The Allbright Team, focusing onprocesses and standards
• Setting team targets and driving continuous improvement.
• Conduct weekly team meetingsto review events, initiatives, operations and all other business needs.
• In conjunction with HR, follow best practisein relation to the recruitment and selection process, ensure all new staffreceive full inductions and training. Conduct annualappraisals, probation reviews and regular 121s with direct reports.
• Mentor anddevelop the management team, actas a role model, be supportive, motivating and encouraging
• Maintain staffing by overseeing recruitment, selection,onboarding and employee retention by ensuring protocols are followed.
• Responsible for managing building maintenance (cleaning, repairs, etc.).

Person Specification

• 5+ years of hospitality managementexperience, ideally with Private Members Club or boutique hotel background.
• Demonstrable experience in managinglarge teams.
• Strong financial acumen andunderstanding of forecasts and P&L.
• Regulatory, safety and compliance.
• Understanding of rewarding &motivating techniques and best practices.
• Event logistics experience.
