On behalf of primary schools in the RCT area, Teaching Personnel are seeking positive and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistants to join their classrooms following the half-term break. You will be providing support and assistance to Foundation/KS1 teachers and their pupils, working predominantly with small groups of children, also offering 1:1 support when required.In addition to competitive pay in-line with the national framework, you will receive expert advice and support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant during the application and vetting process, as well as the duration of your time as a Teaching Assistant.Full access to an online diary via the Teaching Personnel app means managing your weekly workload is clear and simple – whether you’re available to work 2 days or week or 5, you choose your availability for bookings by updating your diary.A successful Teaching Assistant will:
While previous experience of working with children is desirable, it is by no means essential.
