As a Legal team member, you will work across BCG teams and functions to support our business growth strategy, provide counsel and expertise, drive legal innovation, and leverage the power of new ways of working.

YOU’RE GOOD AT
The Global Legal Program Senior Specialist is critical in driving key operational activities within the Global Legal Team. In collaboration with the Global Legal Strategy and Operations Director, and alongside the broader Legal Strategy and Operations team, this individual will:

• Provide key operational support across a number of team programs and initiatives
• Lend support to our Legal Onboarding and Branding programs, leading the technical skills training sessions
• Manage team documentation such as our org chart, work allocation chart, and job descriptions and manage our Legal Subscriptions
• Support the broader Strategy and Operations leadership team through slide writing, budget tracking, and legal invoice management
• Act as our Strategy and Operations Knowledge Ambassador, ensuring the knowledge we build as a pillar is comprehensive, cohesive, and updated in our Knowledge platform appropriately

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, intellectually intense environment; less experience considered for exceptional performers or BCG consulting team experience
• Proven ability to work effectively on a distributed team delivering on high priority initiatives
• Strong command of Windows Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; additional languages a plus
• Flexibility to support a global team, occasionally working outside traditional work hours
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
