Here at Camino Search we are partnering with a rapidly growing PE-backed software business that is undergoing exponential growth both in terms of international expansion and acquisitions following its fourth round of investment. The business is ready to build up their group finance function and is seeking an experienced individual to support its growth journey.

This business is looking for a Group Finance Manager who has the potential to drive change in collaboration with the executive leadership team, investors, and senior stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role across the business including process and system re-design, controllership, and international expansion and to name a few.

Key Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive):

• Transformation focused, driving growth
• Managing the monthly consolidation and group reporting process including preparing the supporting information and analysis
• Acquisition accounting including working with internal and external stakeholders and the M&A integrations team
• Driving system improvements and changes to improve efficiencies across the group
• Preparing year-end consolidation of Group and subsidiary accounts
• Managing international team members
• Monthly group cash flow reporting including relevant commentary
