Head of Executive Compensation/Reward – Inside IR35 (FTC Option available)
Our client, a leader within Insurance, are recruiting for a Head of Executive Compensation to join the team on a contract basis (FTC option is also available)
Key Accountabilities
Coordination of Remuneration Committee actions
Executive compensation reporting accountability including bench marking and insight at a Divisional level
Production of strategic research to provide long-term development of the Group Reward programme and to approach emerging themes proactively
Reward partner for global executive management
Equity scheme analysis and insight for Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Demonstrable track record of successfully designing and delivering sustainable and scalable reward solutions in complex global companies
Credible subject matter expert that can translate data into insight and action
Proven experience of managing organisational change, including acquisitions, and integration
Ability to build effective and influential relationships at all levels, including Executive within a federated and matrixed structure (local, regional, global etc.) and with external stakeholders
Passionate about delivering the best solutions for clients and colleagues
Ability to connect the dots, encourages and influences through collaboration
Strong commercial acumen and bias for action
The propensity to be creative and enable innovation with a no limits mind-set
Strategic, disciplined and progressive in their approach
Able to respond effectively to a changing commercial environment with agility, pace and resilience
Self-aware with the ability to flex style of influencing approach to be effective across a diverse group of stakeholders and audiences.
