Salary – up to £48,380.00 per annum
Basingstoke College of Technology is looking for an experienced HR Manager, Head of Human Resources, to act as a trusted advisor to senior and middle management on all people management matters. You will manage a team dealing with the complete employment lifecycle, from initial recruitment onwards, and working with the Deputy Principal on all staff matters. As the most senior HR professional in the college it is important that you are confident in the use of HR management information systems, and that you can demonstrate how the HR function will support all our people to deliver the best possible experience to our students.
You will be of graduate calibre, CIPD qualified, confident in liaising with staff at all levels of seniority on matters ranging from employment law to employee engagement. You will have the ability to lead on a variety of HR projects, for example succession planning and talent management, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment of an Ofsted rated “Outstanding” College of Further Education. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence will be essential to apply for this challenging Human Resources role.
