Position: Head of Product Delivery
Location: London 2 – 3 days per week, with remote working
Salary: £80,000 – £125,000

Are you an experienced Head of Product Delivery looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing retail client?

Reporting to the CTO, the Technical Product Director will be an integral member of the senior leadership team, ensuring that our client’s consumers and teammates have a seamless experience and meets the highest of expectations.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and enhancement of digital, data & enterprise products, ensuring they align with the brand’s strategic goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

This is an exciting role for someone with proven experience of managing a world class eCommerce platform with the desire to join our client through a period of high-growth.

• Strong business acumen – balancing commercial, innovation, and technology
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies, user-centred design principles, and agile project management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimise product performance.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading successful product teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.
• Equally comfortable with blue-sky strategic initiatives, and hands on technical/operational requirements.
