head of Production Support, Investment banking6 months contract with potential extensions Location: London inside Ir35 With one of Lorien’s top banking clients We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Production Support to join our team and lead our production support function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment banking production support, as well as experience in managing and leading a team of production support engineers.Responsibilities:

• Lead the production support function, including setting strategy, managing resources, and delivering services.
• The role covers Risk, Markets Platforms, E-Trading Globally – APAC, US EMEA
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that production support meets their needs.
• Manage and motivate a team of production support engineers.
• Develop and implement production support processes and procedures.
• Oversee the incident management process.
• Ensure that the production support function is compliant with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in investment banking production support
• Strong knowledge and track record of success in International Capital Markets, Global Banking and Corporate Functions technology
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of production support engineers.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies
