We are currently looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join the team based at Grove Park. Reporting into the Head of Health & Safety this is a critical role that will provide H&S expertise and advice to the warehouse and distribution function across its 24-hour operation. The role holder will support the identification and development of a robust continuous improvement plan for the Supply Chain function to drive a safety-first culture. They will liaise and advise the Supply Chain Leadership and management teams in driving the continuous improvement plan. In this role you will be a change champion. You will need a high level of personal resilience, as well as an abundance of energy and drive.
