Here at Stonewater, we are seeking an experienced a Homes Service Administrator to support the delivery of our national damp, mould and disrepair service.
This is a brand new role within our newly created Damp, Mould and Disrepair team. You’ll support the Service Manager and Homes Business Partners with tasks such as reporting, trend analysis and system updates, as well as talking to customers and liaising with other parts of the business.
This role will be fast paced and varied, so we really need someone who can juggle conflicting priorities, work to tight deadlines, and have sound literacy and numeracy skills to ensure accuracy. We’d like you to have a positive attitude, be able to work with your own initiative and provide invaluable support to the colleagues in your team.
An understanding of damp, mould and disrepair isn’t essential, however we do require someone with good administration skills and experience within a housing, contractor or construction setting,
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
