This role supports our guest journey by ensuring that the appearance of our property appeals to the senses, it must look immaculate, it must smell fresh and clean and our seating areas must be so inviting they always look like areas of comfort, relaxation or enjoyment, whatever the purpose of the guest stay maybe.
Some responsibilities include;
Ensure all public areas are well presented, free of obstruction and debris and are on brand.
Ensure all guest facing areas are immaculate and inviting, take great pride in your area and take satisfaction from our guests enjoying the area in which you are presented.
Ensure all public toilets are cleaned to the highest standards and they are fully stocked at all times.
Support the wider housekeeping team where required, this may include cleaning bedroom and bathrooms.
Vacuum, mop or sweep all floors regularly.
