Housing Management Systems Specialist

Our client – Local Government (London) – is seeking the addition of an experienced Systems Specialist (NEC Housing) on an interim basis.

The Council is implementing the NEC Housing Management System and there is a knowledge gap concerning the NEC database structure within the team, therefore the following skills are needed:

• Excellent working knowledge of the NEC Housing System database structure, including tables, joins, fields, views etc
• Business workflow knowledge of NEC Housing data including Back End table workflow
• Excellent knowledge of SQL (Oracle version of SQL PL/SQL)
• Experience of using tools such as SQL Developer and/or TOAD
• Strong Database Management skills
• Troubleshooting and resolving data-related problems
• Understanding of data warehouse fundamentals, including multidimensional database design
• Good understanding of Business Intelligence concepts
