We currently have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our expanding HR & People Team. We provide high quality, specialist management services to schools and academies, including practical support on a range of people management matters; staff conduct, attendance, grievance, capability, terms & conditions, contracts, restructures and all HR matters. In addition, we provide bespoke training and guidance on matters such as Equality & Diversity, Wellbeing, Mediation, Policy review, Job Evaluation, GDPR, Governance and matters relating to Safeguarding. We also advise and provide support to schools on emergencies and critical incidents. This role involves supporting our team of HR Business Partners in managing their busy caseload. As a first point of contact, you will manage calls on the helpdesk, advising where possible and resolving day-to-day questions and enquiries, escalating as appropriate to other members of the team.
